Robert is a former Special Agent of the FBI and the license holder for Sin City Private Investigators, dba A Mystery Shopping Company for Nevada. As an FBI Agent, Robert worked complex White Collar, Organized Crime, Fugitive and Terrorism cases.  After retirement, Robert founded Sin City Private Investigators.  With the founding of A Mystery Shopping Company for Nevada, Robert has paved the way to help small businesses and major brands the ability to utilize Mystery Shoppers in the State of Nevada and providing them unbiased operational insights to effectively manage and operate their businesses. 

Regine has owned sucessful businesses in Germany and has worked as an Operations Manager of a small hotel located in the Convention Center area of Las Vegas.  She is now the Operations Manager of our Mystery Shopping activities and is a co-Director of Sin City Private Investigators. She is an adept Operations Manager with a well-rounded skill set in problem-solving, communications, organization and motivation of others.

Ryan is a Mystery Shopper with over 10 years experience. By working primarily in the Las Vegas area, he has performed a wide variety of shops, including hotels, nightclubs and restaurants.  When asked what he likes best about mystery shopping, Ryan answered that he enjoys providing insight to business owners so they can improve their customer's experience.

Jesse retired from the Henderson Police Department after a distiniguised carreer.  He has interviewed numerous witnesses, interrogated Subjects, conducted thousands of hours of physical surveillance, conducted field investigations, database searches, background investigations, written detailed Affidavits and provided Courtroom testimony.

Bettine is a current student at the University of Nevada - Reno.  She is studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and maintains straight 'A's.  She has worked with our firm for the past year and has already conducted hundreds of shops.

Hakeem is a former Detroit Police Homicide Detective. After moving to Las Vegas and joining our team, Hakeem has become a valuable asset as an Investigator and as a Mystery Shopper. He specializes in covert video and audio recordings of his Mystery Shopping. His shops are done in the most efficient, accurate and meticulous manner.

Raushan was the co-owner of Defense Corp, LLC in Michigan. After moving to Las Vegas, Raushan joined our team as a valued Investigator and Mystery Shopper. He specialized in covert audio and video recordings. Raushan gets the job done!

Timothy is a retired LVMPD Narcotics Detective with over 22 years experience. His work as a Narcotics Detective led to one of the largest International drug and corruption cases in Las Vegas history. He is a respected member of our team.

Bonnie has an impressive resume as an accomplished actress. Her acting skills make her an ideal candidate for complex Mystery Shops that require her unique skills set. There is not a situation that she cannot handle.

Julio speaks and writes Spanish fluently. His career focus has been in the Mystery Shopping field since 1997. With his 25+ years of Mystery Shopping experience he has quickly become an invaluable member of our team.

Always a sleuth from the time she was a little girl, she recently graduated from UNLV with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice.  With her impeccable eye for detail, she is a valuable addition to our team.
